RE: Season 6 - EVE F2 Calender - Hedlund - 28-09-2015 Omg Oulton Park was better than I expected. It's really fun with the F2 here. The "no-chicane" version has a great flow.. pls pls pls this use this layout for the league event at least
RE: Season 6 - EVE F2 Calender - gorgias1976 - 28-09-2015 I was about to start with the fun event announcement. I also consider the no chicane version is great for driving and I'll start considering that'll be the version we'll be driving. RE: Season 6 - EVE F2 Calender - sdancourt - 28-09-2015 No chicanes please! RE: Season 6 - EVE F2 Calender - Ricknau - 27-12-2015 Can we make the 2hr Nords race require 2 pit stops? I'd really like a couple chances to stand and get the blood moving in my legs and rear-end. :-\ My vascular doctor would endorse this I'm sure!

Best way to enforce this would be to up the fuel usage so everyone would have to
RE: Season 6 - EVE F2 Calender - gorgias1976 - 28-12-2015 Does somebody have the fuel calculation for Nordschleife VLN and the tank capacity for the car? A x2 fuel multiplier could be enough for a 2 stop race? RE: Season 6 - EVE F2 Calender - Hedlund - 28-12-2015 gorgias1976 Wrote:Does somebody have the fuel calculation for Nordschleife VLN and the tank capacity for the car? Mission accepted 8) RE: Season 6 - EVE F2 Calender - Hedlund - 28-12-2015 gorgias1976 Wrote:Does somebody have the fuel calculation for Nordschleife VLN and the tank capacity for the car? Okay.. Tank capacity is 80L, and fuel consumption is 7.1 per lap. That will make it 14.2 with x2 fuel multiplier (let's say 16L to be safe) Laptime with full tank was 9:13. It was only my 3rd lap and of course we will go faster than that but I think we can use it as an average. That would make it a 14 laps race, so a totalt of 224 liters of fuel is needed. So the answer is yes, x2 fuel consumption is enough to make a 2 stop race. But you can only do 5 laps with full tank, so everyone has to pit every 5th lap to not run out of fuel. And you can only pit earlier than every 5th lap once, I think. Well, we counted 1.8 extra liters per lap to be safe, so that would add up to 25 liters left over fuel over 14 laps. So it should be possible to do one 3 lap stint too. So at least one 5-laps stint is required to make it to the end (you will have like 7-6 liters of fuel left when you pit). Then it should be possible to make two 4 lap stint. But if you want to be 100% safe then do two 5 lap stints and one 4 lap stint. ![]() EDIT: doh I'm stupid lol. Of course you have to do two 5-lap stint's or you will only 13 laps RE: Season 6 - EVE F2 Calender - gorgias1976 - 28-12-2015 Thanks Rik. Let's then set 13 laps and x2 fuel multiplier RE: Season 6 - EVE F2 Calender - gorgias1976 - 28-12-2015 In the announcement I am setting a 20% damage. What will it be on race day? That's a good decision 8) RE: Season 6 - EVE F2 Calender - Axe - 30-12-2015 can be that x2 fuel multiplier set on the server?
