Regarding this issue, could you please check if this is working for you (worked for me):
1. Open the Race Results page for Brianza Race
2. In the Race Results Page change "Mandatory Pitstops" to 0.
3. Hit the "Save Changes to Race Data" button
4. Reload the XML File
This should work and shouldn't overwrite the "Mandatory Pitstops". To check if it works, remember to reset the number of pitstops Gorka did to 0 (in the xml file), before reloading it.
Regarding the other issue you mailed me, I'm looking into it at the moment

Chris I did what you said I changed in log to 0 pit stop I then went in program and changed the results page to 0 mandatory stops and saved that. Now I see 0 stop required but by Gorgas name It says DQ did not make mandatory pit stop. and he got 0 points. It may have to be 0 pit stops from the very set up of the championship.

Hm, this is strange, worked for me. You did reload the xml-file after hitting the "Save Changes to Race Data" button?
Other thing you could try is to hit the "Configure Championship" button on the main page (the one showing the championship table) and changing the number of pitstops for Brianza to 0.
Edit: In any case, you have to import the xml file again after you made the change.
