Cheers, been trying to find the results to put a note there, but with my memory I keep forgetting where they are.

well it used to be you had to finish 80 per cent of laps for points please clarify

I think we can get rid of that rule and give Bruce the points he deserves.

On my side i was no stop strategy. My start was clean enough and I avoided the big crash, I quickly found myself stuck behind David who was driving very well without making a mistake. He had much better acceleration than me, so I was not able to take the suction early enough to overtake him, I even made a spin behind him. After more than 20 laps, I finally managed to pass by forcing a little passage, but after I did not have a good pace, I used my tires a lot behind him.

I had the idea to finish 3rd when I jump to first place after a crash and a pitstop in front with Gorka 4 seconds behind me. I thought I could win but I jumped a concrete curb and Gorka catch me instantly and avertake me shortly after that incident, and quickly take a small lead. In the last rounds Gorka slowed down a lot and I pushed hard to finish at 1.8 seconds.

Of course I could have regrets and say that I could have won by having the free track at the start of the race or without my spin or my mistake, but the reality is Gorka made a solid and fast race without mistake and he deserved a lot more than me the win. Bravo.

Congratulations to all and see you next time.

Cheers, and thanks Gorka.

I've just been looking around for proportion of race to be in the points and can't find it. I thought it was 70% thinking back to a similar race at Monaco in F3 series. I did less than 70% due to a few crashes and a lot of drive throughs. I know with iRacing for races to count one must complete 50% of the laps completed by the lead car in your divisions. They have a very complicated system of licences and divisions, needed I guess due to the many 1000s of drivers.

That was in rl F1 Tobias, if you couldn't do a lap within 107% of pole time you weren't allowed to race.
With all the aliens here that rule wouldn't fit me SadWink
