RE: Managing results/championship table: offering help :) - Ricknau - 03-06-2016 I changed my driver name from rick nauman to Rick Nauman. I know this can wig out the scoring system so let me know if I need to change it back. RE: Managing results/championship table: offering help :) - bullwinkle - 03-06-2016 its fine since its first race just need you to stay that way all season. thanks for heads up. RE: Managing results/championship table: offering help :) - c.pucher - 16-08-2016 New version, changelog: - accidentally loading of wrong log file (from different race) lead to wrong result as subsequent loading of the right log file would 'merge' the two results; now everytime a log file is loaded all previous entries in the database belonging to the race in question will be deleted. All the best, Christoph
RE: Managing results/championship table: offering help :) - Paul Swire - 16-08-2016 Thanks Christoph 8) RE: Managing results/championship table: offering help :) - c.pucher - 26-09-2016 New version, changelog: - when changing from Drivers Championshiptable to Teams Championshiptable at the Championship Overview page the Teams Championshiptable wasn't shown properly (name of first team had a drivers name overlain) :-* :-* :-* RE: Managing results/championship table: offering help :) - 1959nikos - 26-09-2016 8) Youre great Christophe. RE: Managing results/championship table: offering help :) - c.pucher - 26-09-2016 You are great too, Nikos :-* RE: Managing results/championship table: offering help :) - DJCruicky - 26-09-2016 Get a room already! RE: Managing results/championship table: offering help :) - Jonrarit - 05-10-2016 Hi Guys, just picked up on this and thought I'd have a go at applying it to the Lola T280 Endurance series. Downloaded the last "release" imported the results.xml file from live racers. All the drivers, finishing position, times, pitstops etc all come up fine. Extra points are allocated to Pole & Fastest lap but actual race points are still all zero ....is this something to do with this being a "timed" race rather than number of laps or is it something else I am missing? Thanks Jonathan RE: Managing results/championship table: offering help :) - c.pucher - 05-10-2016 Hi Jonathan, yes there could be a problem it being a "timed" race. Just sent you a pm
RE: Managing results/championship table: offering help :) - c.pucher - 06-10-2016 New version, with following changes: - for "timed" races, where no race laps are set (<Laps> value is set to 2147483647 (2^31 - 1) in results xml file), the calculation of (bonus) points for "all laps completed" and "% of laps completed" will be based on "most laps completed", that is the number of laps the race winner managed to do ;D RE: Managing results/championship table: offering help :) - DJCruicky - 06-10-2016 Thanks again Chris
RE: Managing results/championship table: offering help :) - Jonrarit - 07-10-2016 Thank you Chris ....that works perfectly now. Jonathan RE: Managing results/championship table: offering help :) - c.pucher - 24-10-2016 New version, with following changes: - after importing a result the mandatory pitstops would always be set to 1, regardless of the set number of mandatory pitstops in the configuration There was even a TODO comment in the code for that one. Who made all this bugs in this code in the first place anyway, sloppy lazy programmer that one : ![]() Just in case I checked the code, no more TODO comments ;D RE: Managing results/championship table: offering help :) - 1959nikos - 24-10-2016 Youre a great man Christophe keeping helping us, we would be really glad to have you joining us at races again. RE: Managing results/championship table: offering help :) - bullwinkle - 25-10-2016 the awesome guy that did this program is my angel RE: Managing results/championship table: offering help :) - c.pucher - 25-10-2016 Thanks guys, as always I'm happy to help. This community is really special and its great to see its so alive! Don't hold your breath for me coming back racing though, no intention at the moment. But its great to know that if I feel like racing again there will be this great place with a lot of awesome people being around ;D So keep it up guys :-* RE: Managing results/championship table: offering help :) - Jonrarit - 27-10-2016 Another to add my thanks to you Chris ....your scoring tool makes life soooo much easier for us mere mortals ![]() cheers jonathan |
