Welcome to Sim Racers 4 Life Fun Events.
This event we will drive the AC Cobra in Olton Park. Prepare to try to tame the beast in this british classic challenging track. It won't be easy, the bumpy surface and changes in elevation will make you battle the wheel as you've never done before. Fun driving and battles are guaranteed.

In the laps I've done to calculate race length the car was a beast to be tamed. Don't know if setup can help make the car throtle and coast less aggressive.

Guys we may want to rethink using the cobra here , the car is a handfull and i sensed some people were not enjoying it when we practised last night , seeing as how this is supposed to be a fun event we might want to choose something easier and save the Cobra for a smoother more open track like Brianza .

I suggest we choose something easier to drive like F3 , Megane OR KARTs , Oulton used to host Kart racing but had to stop because of the numbers of deaths and injuries , what does everyone think ?

which was the other car that was similar to the Cobra but less powerful? We could use that.

i d rather drive an old cobra than a panoz anyday Wink you two got noting to say- you seem to be able to handle the car -

after you left last night , we were catching on and having more fun Smile.....if you dont 'try' to go fast and just let it - it gets easier -keep the rpms down- enter corners slowly- get the car straight and go- 8)

Yes i can push it round the track quickly , but this is about FUN racing , when we all get on the track with these its going to be a crash fest and very frustrating for some , lets make it light hearted and go more for the fun aspect rather than skill , choose something thats easy to drive so we can go wheel to wheel and hustle each other , theres no points involved so lets make it a laugh .

How about the smaller tin tops like the clio then?

I think it would work well on a twisty track like this?

Change of plan. Because its a fun event we will stick with the Cobra but damage will be set to Zero.

That way if there are crashes you will only lose places and be able to continue racing. I have edited the OP to show this.
