RE: Season 7 Cars - Paul Swire - 27-12-2015 Its that time again. I have added quite a long list of cars to choose from. If there's any I have missed or the need removing let me know. We really need to have made a decision before 5th January so we can decide on tracks based on the cars we choose. RE: Season 7 Cars - Hedlund - 28-12-2015 I'm a sucker for historic open wheelers, so I have to vote EVE/Spark RE: Season 7 Cars - sdancourt - 28-12-2015 I miss the Celica GTO, good car for a champ RE: Season 7 Cars - 1959nikos - 28-12-2015 Cmon guys, after F2 comes F1
RE: Season 7 Cars - Paul Swire - 28-12-2015 Added BT20. It was missing from the list, you are allowed to change your votes if you wanted to vote for it. RE: Season 7 Cars - gorgias1976 - 28-12-2015 I feel like racing a powerful non-open wheeler, for a change. Also a skippy season would be really interesting. My vote goes for the Lola T290 and the Skippy. RE: Season 7 Cars - gorgias1976 - 28-12-2015 By the way, we should drive the Boxmaster at a fun event, I tested it last night and it was hillarious. RE: Season 7 Cars - Hedlund - 28-12-2015 Btw should not Spark and EVE F1 votes be merged? Because we will most probably run them both if the F1 cars get most votes. And the Lola T290 is a great car too. If we were to race a non-open wheeler this car would be my first choice. Already working on that for the next fun event in the new year. Trying to decide which track. RE: Season 7 Cars - Harri Mac - 10-01-2016 I'm really liking the Lola T290, not just because it drives well but also because of the engine sound and that for very foolish reasons. I play with headphones (V-MODA Crossfades) the sound of the engine reminds me of the theme to "For a Few Dollars More" so all the time I'm driving it, that tune is in my head. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_tZVaYx2w3s The engine tone just twangs like the jew's harp and whistles away, it's lovely ;D Told you it was foolish

RE: Season 7 Cars - Harri Mac - 11-01-2016 Oh no, it's nice, the sound of a healthy engine, it twangs away and then whistles as it gets up to optimum revs, there's no broken vacuum cleaner sounds! It could be the lovely headphones (great with big V8's being very bass rich) as I didn't notice it through the computer speakers. -->Wanders off humming theme to "For a Few Dollars More" . . . . . . . "twangs away and then whistles" - i was wondering what to call that sound - i thought it was a squeak but your right its got a whistle too it too- metal on metal - the crankshaft i think or imagine anyhow - more so with headphones on yes ') RE: Season 7 Cars - Harri Mac - 12-01-2016 Thank you Cookie! ;D RE: Season 7 Cars - deecee52 - 12-01-2016 Harri Mac Wrote:Thank you Cookie! ;D OMG its catching ;D RE: Season 7 Cars - gorgias1976 - 13-01-2016 Yesterday I took a first contact with the T290. Soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo easy to drive, soooooooooooooooooooooooooo forgiving. It felt really slow compared to what we've driven previously, races should be closer in this car. I drove default setup, just changed gears. Is there a big difference in performance when looking for an optimun configuration? RE: Season 7 Cars - Ricknau - 17-01-2016 gorgias1976 Wrote:...
