Welcome to Sim Racers 4 Life Fun Events.
This time we'll be racing the classic Matra V12 in Sebring. The Matra V12, a super beast very little can tame. Massive power, poor brakes and a stubborn chasis makes for one of the most demanding cars you can get to drive.

I've done a few laps to get a time in the car. It's such a change from the T290, such a beast to drive, really struggling at every corner.

For Tim and rest of people who couldnt come.

It was an interesting experience for me.
I had almost no practice with the Matra and still I managed a full race with it, I even managed a flat 11 in race.

First screen are quali results, you can see Rikard, DJ and Siarhei flying low will the rest did 8s and 9s.

Bill came (thats Billy Blaze from Birtwell's) as Sascha and Ricky.

Harri was trying to spectate awake, she couldnt, and Swire was having dinner.

First race was cool, I had some nice fights with Paul and Ricky, somewhere I lost Ricky and Paul went PUFF and dissappeared in front of me, his PC exploded.

Reverse grid for 2nd race, Rikard left and there is bound to be chaos at the start with me at pole

Thats all, it was a test for me if the Matra is drivable, and it is.
Apart from the silly brakes (can they be made better with a setting thingy?) it was very interesting to compare it with the T290 just after race when me and Paul went to the Lola server for some practice.

Matra felt very solid compared with the T290, I expected the opposite.
