Being a fun events pitstops are not mandatory

Alas I have to work on Sunday again, and won't be home until about an hour after warmup starts, which would be probably in the middle of Race 2.

I am still having issues with the car in VR. It feels not optimezed for smooth framerates at all.
In combination with Targa Florio it was absolutely undrivable with everything set to low and off and I am on a rtx 3070.
CAn we please make the achievable framerates also a criteria for car track selection as once you had smotth framerates returning to the slideshows of non optimized content is not that much fun anymore.
Sorry for the rant but after all that money spending experiencing performance like 20 years ago eats some of the fun.

We've been testing tracks to find which work well and which don't. That's all we can do. VR I have no idea about but you would think with a RTX 3070 it would be smashing out the frame rates.
Delete the track and any older versions of it from Locations.

Popped into the server last night to check all was running OK. it was. Seemed to be running a bit better than usual. Possibly because I was the only one on track. Or it could be due to updates to steam VR. Hope to see you all tonight, to see how it runs in the pack (or more likely following behind).

I had a great race with JP in race 1 exciting stuff , race 2 was a disaster courtesy of the new GUI , i started the race OK but when i hit turn 2 the car was all over the place , i thought it was me driving badly but the next corner i barely made it , so decided to pull off , i checked my setup and acccording to the GUI it was loaded BUT when i checked the actual settings i was running default , it looks like the GUI tells lies ,
I didnt automatically reload my setup for the race , i just checked that it said my setup was loaded which it did ?

Rf2 doing some strange things for me. I have to exit the server after qualifying and restart the game and my wheel other wise I have less control in the race. I did this in qualifying and it took almost 10 minutes to get back into the room. So I didn't risk it before race 2. Rf2 is the only game I have this issue. It's pretty annoying.

DC I think that happened to me a few races back, maybe in the Tyrrell? And more recently I set the number of AI opponent in an offline session to 0 only to find 13 AI in the session. Exiting back to the GUI it still says 0 opponents but if I add one more it said 14.

My mini race report: Qualifying went badly as I couldn't keep it smooth through the tricky twisties. Race 1 was fun battling DJ but I didn't have the pace to catch JP or DC. Race 2 started really well and I led for a shot while before going too fast into the dip and swapped ends. Spent the rest of the race about 8 seconds behind DJ to finish 3rd which should have been 4th given the UI ruined DC's race.

Performance and glitches aside, I look forward to the season in this car. It has a lot of character.

I liked the same and also we are very close which announces fun races.

Let's hope to see a few riders who were at Road America where the grid was very nice. At least 20 cars would be nice.
