I'll be in Madrid with friends doing classic Madrid turism; spending all day eating "tapas" and drinking "cañas", and in between on sunday early morning I'll participate in a 10km running event.

I've just realised this very friday, when I'll be going to Madrid it'll take place the Spanish football cup final, Real Madrid vs. Atletico Madrid.... oh dear, It's going to be hard to find a way to park and hard to find a quite place to dinner and have a drink.

Depending on the race profile I'll try to be between 50min (if almost full flat) and 55min (lot's of climbs).

I still have to lose some weight to be able to run faster and to fit in the Eve's cockpit without the need of lube.

*edit my result in race 2. DQ for Crashing my car over the fence and general after race carry on's. If anyone has a problem with this please PM the race director, I'm sure he will be very sympathetic.

It was fun indeed
Qualy was fine for me since I did a 1.11.3xx what was my PB and I was happy to see Niko behind me. I thought that was it but Niko went out for another lap at the last 3 min. and managed to do a 1.11.2 good tactic Niko

Race 1: My start was good and I went in front of Niko He tried hard to overtake me but luckily I could stay in front of him. I saw alot cars flying around and after a time I had Mr. Cook in front of me. We had some great laps before I decided to pit. I pitted in 7th and only lost one place coming out in 8th Again I saw a couple of cars off track and managed to finish 5th. Very happy about this

Race 2: A good start again but I let the fast guys pass me as soon as I could. So I was behind Geore and had a great battle with him. In the meantime I saw Niko standing on the left side and was wondering what happened to him :o After a time I managed to overtake Geore on the straight but unfortunately we hit going into t1 and my race was over. I couldn't press exit fast enough to be out of the way and unfortunately Jordan crashed into me. I'm very sorry Jordan that I ruined your race

Qualifying: Didn't go so well, until I changed my setup a bit, when back in for 2 laps and voila, I was 4th.

Race 01

Found myself unable to do a proper first lap and later on I outbraked and dove inbetween two cars, we all spun out, really sorry about that. I let them rejoin first then went to the pits. I was chasing Nikos for a while and we overtook eachother twice or something, which was quite fun. Had more mistakes so Nikos went up front but luckily I finished 11th.

Race 02

Another bad race for me, already went wrong at T1 this time but the damage wasn't so severe. Jordan overtook me couple of laps later and at T1, there was a collision in front which made him brake early. I braked but nothing I could do, so I bumped him and he went straight into Neelas car. Maybe it would've gone differently if I had little more space, sorry about that. Went on two wheels at T3 which was scary, think Vittorio behind me, must have laughed ;D. Finished 10th.

Great event, truly loved it First race I screwed up in the pits and had to go in twice.

2nd race, quite messy in the first 2 laps, but then I put my head down and managed to keep the car on the road.

Luckily, Marcel and David had a tougher race then myself and managed to stay ahead till the end.

As soon as the race finished, I got the Blue Screen of Death and pc rebooted!!! Phew just made it

A very satisfying race for me.
I was very impressed of Clios as I hated them first time I drove them.
Now I like them a lot, very forgiving little cars, Im qurious of their soundtrack though, but then again rf2 lacks a lot there me thinks.


Quali was not so nice, I had a 1:11:11 I think the previous night, couldnt get near it.

I stayed safe at race1, I was a little overwhelmed by the number of laps, when I decided not to think about it all went ok, made no serious mistakes and I had a nice result as a reward.

Second race the same, except

I saw Niko standing on the left side and was wondering what happened to him :o

What happened was a fellow member graciously tryied to make me improve my lapping time by pushing me in the tight uphill left hander.
The result was disaster, I lost three places there, waiting for others to pass safely.
So next time please guys dont push, I can manage ok by myself

I had a decent race. Was hit in last turn and did a couple roll overs but was able to kept going. Lost about 3 spots. Felt good to be able to finish a couple races. Got some good meds and a shot from the doctor and my shoulder was much better. Still needs some work but what a difference :-). The best thing was having fun again. I don't remember the race like a lot of you do so my reports are short :-) I'm pretty sure I did a better job of paying attention. :-)

Hi all

First of all, ill thnx everyone in this very nice community.
Second ill apologies (special to Neela & Jordan) for all my bad actions that endangered other drivers.... real sorry!!!

Yes that is my very first race in rf2 and i love and i enjoyed it.

Quali was nice start for me and at the end of session i made a 1.10..... (if i remember well), and the 7th position in grid.

1st race
I began well, but in short time i lost my concetration so i start the mistakes and lost places :-[
I decided to come inside pits for my tyres stop 1st of all others and i belive that is very good movement, because at the end of race i was finished at 6th place!!!!
Imagine a Greek hot night (at my place has around 30 C) and me with a towel trying to wipe sweat and adrenaline!!!!!

2nd race
One word.... Disaster.....
I began well, but some mistakes mainly in 1st and last corner > so Neela approached in 5th lap and in the straight was beside me.
I don't has seen her but I heard her.
I decided to keep my line to "let" her pass me from the outside line and then i try again to pass her from the inside line.
Eventually things were not so familiar with the consequences of my mistake.
I'm very sorry Neela and Jordan that I ruined yours race...
