Sim Racers 4 Life welcomes you to Season 6 of our Historic's League.
This season we take back historic open wheelers and we will drive a very well balanced car that will bring great close racing, the Eve F2.
Season get's to its end, it's the final race. A 2 hour race in VLN Nordschleife will waste the strengths and concentration of the best drivers. Points awarded will be double so take it easy and think about making it to the end in a single piece.

Fuel will multiplier will be set to x2 so 2 pitstop will have to be done during the race with all four tires changed

Difference in points between DJ and me is 32. That means if he wins, I must be 12th or better. Then we have the extra points of course but I feel quite confident anyway 8) It would make me champ for the first time :o Just have to stay cool and stay on track.. Or at least not end up in the forrest with no possibility to rejoin

try "Hola" a proxy extension for Chrome or Firefox.
It will allow you to select other country's proxy and navigate through it to watch the video.

im confused about the pitstops , ?? we added fuel usage to force 2 pit stops but we also have to change tires twice? doesn't that defeat the purpose of having added fuel to the equation ? just curious why we are now doing both things ?

i expect i will want fresh tires at some point in the race but it may also be possible to make the tires last 2 HR. ?

I guess the fuel thing was just to add some purpose for a second stop. But yeah it would be interesting if we only had to change tires once, because there's a lot of time to gain in one stop - for those who can keep their tires alive for an hour. Refilling is really quick.

so please admins confirm how it will be because race announcement can be understood both ways: 1 change of tires for the race or tires change for each pitstop

You will only be required to change all four tyres once during the race.

However I think I will be changing at both stops, don't think they will last a full hour?

I'm just glad we are stopping twice. Thanks to the admins for that. Seriously, a 2 hours race is a physical/medical challenge to me and possibly some other old geezers in the group. I'm not sure why we have to use double fuel (a ton of weight) to accomplish it, as opposed to just decreeing 2 stops for fuel and tires, but whatever...

I'll be changing tires twice because I'll want the extra time to stretch/move my legs. That's an age related handicap I'll live with.
