TUESDAY Fun Races from 05th Sept 2023
#1
We're trialling running the mid-week Fun races on Tuesdays from this week coming. Wednesdays were not pulling in the crowds - possibly as there are so many other online leagues etc. in competition.

Format will remain the same: Gather around 7PM UK time for practice, 10 mins of qualy (for 1st race only) at 7:30PM UK time, c. 10 min quick fire sprints with reverse grids from Race 2 until c. 9PM UK time.

Current car is the S397 freeware Radical RSX: http://Workshop link
Current track is: Kyalami 2022 v2.01 : http://Workshop Track Link

wow, the file size of the track is almost 2 Gig in size. Phew, that must be a record for a single track.
See you all tonight.

Just last night or any Tuesday? (Piles on guilt) - one of the reasons for changing was your regular work-from-office days Wink

Good fun last night - 6 drivers (five SR4L, one drop in who started fast but faded). Better turnout than recent Wednesdays….!

We’ll stick with the Radicals for next week - I’ll try to choose and load the next track Thursday afternoon.

I have quite a lot on at the moment and when there's time to do simracing it's focused on the Sunday league. Hopefully when the league finishes I will attend the fun races. Tuesday is preferable Smile
