Fast guys do close to 4:10, that gives us about 30 laps.
I did 5.8 laps with 24L, this figures to 4.1L per lap.
So, whole race could be 123L, DJC proposes 140L, and I find this safe too.

Doesn't car weight affect fuel consumption at all? You say 4.1L per lap with 24L. But with 140L the consumption will still be the same despite heavier car? That's unrealistic rf2 :p But makes things a lot easier...lol.
