My car is a bit oversteery too in race fuel but starts to balance as laps go by, being a bit understeery at lower fuel. So I think it's fine that way.
About laps, I calculated 29 laps considering an avg 50 seconds lost in the pits.
My fuel burnt is around 4.3-4.4 liters per lap So I rounded it at 4.5. Depending on how I get (if i don't crash) to half race pitstop I may add extra liters for the second stint.
