hey wim..
I did a test at brizanna, running the matra against the eve. with wings, front and rear. I used the exact same setups in each. I did 10 laps each, got the eve better by .3 tenths of a second.
driving impressions - the eve seems to be lighter and more agile. the matra front end didn't stick as well and power band was slower - more grunt though. I had to gear down to a lower gear in the turns too. if I would have changed the setups to suit the matra a bit I could have done better with it.
then there is the sound - which is freaking AWESOME! If, I had to choose what car I would want between the eve and matra - it would be the Matra!
will test more during the week as time allows - next test will be to change the setup..
a suggestion to paul, could we have the Matra on at Brizanna short course - with both matra and eve F1 on server 2. that way all of us could shoot over and test and post what they think here..
