The problem is now Paul alone is taking all the server side work, and to make things worse he is way too busy too in his personal life.

I can setup the servers for fun events every other week. With the same track as the league event quite easily. The only thing that would need to be decided would be which car each week. But you could decide that before hand quite easily by either discussing in the server or in the forum.

The problem I have I would not be able to admin this every week.

Once the server is set up it can be admin'd by anyone in the server with the password. It would just need setting up with correct number of laps for the race. Because we always used to run these as open events with no password, so it would need someone in the server to do some sort of control.
