A hint for season2. If not changing tires, the later you stop the fewer seconds it will take you on pits (less fuel aboard). You could gain between 20-30 secs.
That's why I think tire change should be mandatory, otherwise there's only one possible strategy, stop as late as posible, as little fuel to refill takes a lot less time than filling the hole tank. When tires are mandatory pit time increases nevermind which lap you are pitting in, so more different pit strategies can be taken in the race..
