where to download and how to install it?

I suppose Tobias will make one with your name on it.
It will be a .dds file (it could be a .mas file too if Tobias decides to compress it more).

You download this file from where Tobias will upload it or he well sent it to you and then you will put it into your RFactor2 installation, at
UserData/player/Settings/ISI_Eve_Vehicle/MS7_22

Then, you go in game and choose EVE F2 MS7 1967 JP Lefort 1.48
I think its at the top of the list of F2 Eves.
Press TUNING there and find your skin with the right left arrows at the bottom right of the page.

The other way is Tobias to wear the skin while you are at the server with him, so skin will be automatically downloaded at your installation, but he has to tell you which F2 Eve he chose so you can find it there.
