Well I have to say it's strange that there are so few links to the latest version, but if can't say it was hard to find though... google "rfactor2 mid ohio 2.02" and you'll have it as first result.

International simracing has both direct download or via mediafire (or gamefront if you are brave? I'm sure it's just fine)
