Imo the new version looks better. It's not big differences but in the old version the trees are too pale and the kerbs are over-saturated. I also think the road textures are better in the new one. But most importantly, my wheel is rattling quite a lot with the 1.0 version and it seem to work much smoother with the 1.3 version.
