Of course its his privilege but I can't help being sad about it.
His reason was he wants a team working on it and that team has to have proven work.
I got nothing to show for.

I have send him what I have done so far, but being the early stages it is in now; that might even work against me
I asked him to reconsider; can't hurt to try.
