I have found the workaround to get the tracks onto the server.

I have to download them to my machine via my steam client then upload them to the server. I can't download direct to the server anymore 397 have changed the way they are downloaded

Both tracks should be active by the morning hopefully, all down to my internet upload speed which isn't great
