There has been an rFactor 2 build update since last night (Monday) which means the SR4L servers along with most others are now unavailable.
If you need to roll your game back to get on the servers:
1) right click on rFactor 2 in your Steam game list
2) select properties
3) select betas from the top tabs
4) select the build version you need (1108 in this case)
5) play
