I think, just my opinion, that during practice and qualifying drivers coming from the pits must be careful, even stop before entering the track if cars are coming through the main straight.
During the race, drivers coming from their pitstops should be allowed to come as fast as they want as long as they remain as close as posible to the right hand side of the track. Drivers on the main straight should be aware too to avoid incidents.
