Accessibility of the servers

Nobody was able to join our test Server which I just shut. Download speeds are way too slow.
One posible patch could be adding a header to the top our website containing download links to track/cars included in active servers. But in order to do so I need Paul's access to website source code.

Thanks for testing that out Gorka. I'd always wondered If including content in the package was a good or bad feature. Guess we know now
