That's interesting... Hadn't seen that bug before. If you get an extra lap with a pitstop, I might go for a 20-stop race 
We used this same track before in last season's league, right? Don't remember issues during the race with it.
We can do a 10-lap test race perhaps and do two stops to see how they are being counted.
