Extra Special Rule for Canada
This is the first track where it's faster to drive through the pit lane at top speed than it is driving on the track. This is because the pitlane miss's out the first and last corners of the track. With no speed limit a driver could just drive through the pitlane at 300KPH and gain time on drivers on track. As per Gorka rules above, this is not allowed.
You ARE permitted to drive as fast as you like in the pitlane IF you are stopping for a service, however if you are serving a drive-through or if you have entered the pitlane by mistake and NOT stopping an artificial pitlane speed of 100 KPH should be obeyed. Doing this will not give you an advantage.
Have fun.
