Thank you DJ, I saw that post but, I 'm looking for a .psd file if there exist any. I don't have Gimp (yet).

I created, uploaded and linked to both .XCF (Gimp) and .PSD versions of my template in that thread. Make sure you scroll down to the later versions that are corrected for perspective after DJs suggestion.

Note - the .PSD versions were created in GIMP and i’m unable to test them natively. GIMP seems to import PSDs correctly - so I hope and assume it can export them ok too.
