The RACE server is up and running.
The Test server will remain up for the time-being in case we can entice additional non-forum drivers into the fold (See known-issues below, though)
The RACE server will be manually re-started at 5PM UK time tomorrow so that the race starts at 7:30PM (so qualy starts at 7:00PM for 30 minutes - don‘t get caught out!)
Known issues: The real-road file-permission issue reported last night has now been fixed thanks to information provided by DJcruicky
. The rubber should now progressively increase from session to session. (However, as we’re using exactly the same mod on both the test and race servers just now, they’re also sharing the same timing, weather and rubber files - doesn’t seem to be a problem but I’ll take the Test server down later anyway).
I will *not* be racing tomorrow but will log in remotely to the server and try to keep an eye on it. Any issues - please let me know.
