Notes: according to the release notes, this update principally:
i) Should speed up loading times and the infamous ‘switch series’ delay (e.g. asking for All Cars & Tracks in single player after online play
ii) Fixes the audio bug that dropped the number of sounds from 32 (or so) to 1.
Sadly, the long-awaited car-labels revamp is *not* part of this update. Boo hiss.
