It feels similar (but much less pronounced) to an issue we had developing the BMW M1 (which is still ongoing but looking promising…) - the tyres used in that mod were very abrupt in their transition from grip to slide and back again and so the car tended to skip or axle-tramp quite badly.
I can only think that you might need to either up the pressures to try to stop them deforming so much under load or possibly up the damping to contain rapid suspension movement that might result?
Or just hang on tighter
