How do you guys get 47sec pit stops? I had 49 in each race. Is there a sweet spot of when to press the pit request button?

I think it's just plain random, 46 to 52 seconds if pitstop was requested, nevermind you approach slowly, you miss half pitbox,.....
Before the latest 60's version it was easier to do 46s, now it seems there's same probability for all times.
