Slow or fast, the start is an area where we should all improve on, main thing is learning how to take off properly. A lot of times I find myself bumping into the back of the driver in front of me or driving around them when they're still standing still. Also, many drivers still power-oversteer and swerve side to side at the start. I'm in favor of doing a formation lap where we can warm up the tyres a bit and prepare yourself for the start.

I don't think we should change reverse grid order, gives slower drivers a better chance of winning. We all just have to get better.
