Imagine someone that is a fast driver but had some problem in the first race and take last place. Well, with the rules, he will take great advantage starting in first when other fast drivers will start in last. But when people ask to start from back is helping who finished in first in race 1 with less cars in front to this guy to get the 1st place again (since by the rules who won first start last at the second).

I understand what you write. However, I see it the other way around. If a driver requests to start at the back in reversed grid race, it's because they feel they might be in the way when starting at the very front. By requesting back end on the grid, they show respect and sportmanship to all of us, giving up valuable spots themselves. Not to favour another driver who will only gain a spot or two...
