Isn't it very unrealistic to be able to destroy 50 cars during qualifying?

Another next step could be Race Director announcing the track to be raced on that event, like maybe 2 hours prior to the race.
I mean, spending many hours crashing cars and having testraces with your buddies the weeks prior to an event isn't very realistic too, is it? ;D
