Hello.

As far as the passing - I do see the blue flag and understand the passing rule but I am not sure which side I should move to to allow cars to pass (newbie question).

There is no easy answer in that.
Usually you step out of the racing line, but sometimes the car following does the same too with bad results.
Worse thing to do is to slow down while someone follows you closely, that ends up in a collision.
Best thing to do when in doubt is stay in your place and the fast man will find a better place to pass, after all we just cannot dissapear.
If you are willing to get laped and you dont block anyone in purpose, then there is no problem.
