rF2 Build 494 out

i am really confused..

sorry - computer inept :o
first problem, I can not get into the on-line portion of RF2, I got in 1 time out of 10, seen that Zolder 79 was on SR4L's site, config'd my car - then it crashed to black.. like it does right before I get my list on every other try.
"fresh install" what does that mean? I Re-installed rf2 from their site over top of my game and it does the same thing. do I have to Unistall everything before installing again? if yes, what do I save before deleting?

Yes, and you must have Core and Content installed to the same location. I have always had them in different locations until last build, when I decided to install everything to one place and for the first time EVER I could hear the spotter

I also looked at my internet settings to find an IP address?? someone on Rfactor forums said they must match?? where are they at??
