I've been testing with this the whole day. I agree on 0.08000 being the best setting but my wheel gets realy noicy then.

I'm now on Steering torque minimum= 0.05000 with ingame ffb set to 0.75 and in logitech profiler ffb to 115 and wow i think i realy feel everything. Cars seem to handle a lot more like they sould do, that is i now feel much more confident driving them. But imho i think it also has to do with:

I'm starting to feel excited about that, can't wait to test it as it has been my biggest problem this season (man I wish that annoying deadzone can be fixed)

I think you should be excited bcause it is so much fun to drive.....even more then it has been
