I need to say sorry for my internet connection. I've just watched the server replay and it shows my car warping all over the place for race 1 before finally disconnecting. Looks like my car was kicking up all the hay bails from sides of track and kicking them onto road for you guys to crash into . On my screen everything was normal.
Internet connection was better for Race 2, but there was a moment when I come up to Tobias Schaugg. On my screen looked like he crashed all by him self infront of me, but on the server replay my car was warping at that very moment and shows my car crashing him off. So sorry to him .
My internet been fine all day, infact I watched the whole of the F1 race in HD this afternoon without problem.

DJC in the results for race two it has you DQ for not pitting I saw you in pit but you did cut yellow line I don't know if you changed tires. Paul and Nikos will have to figure this out.

qually went as expected - Great Job Mr. Coyne - a 12 :o

race one - got off to a good start decided to pit early to avoid the rush, left the pits and was topping the hill and ran into a dead hay bail smack in the middle of a blind turn.. sent me onto the guard rail high sided! that was the end of that race.. :-[

race two - got off to another good start - decided not to pit early and maybe things would work out better - going full song down the straight and there in the middle of the road - a dead car! couldn't avod and learned how to fly, at least for a while, only this time I was able to limp back to the pits. had a 289 second pit stop which enabled me to catch up on some reading and when I was cleared to go - I sped out of the pits - :-\ too fast - stop and go penalty! but I was able to finish..
good news, no steering wheel problems.. on to the next race.
congrats to the podiums and all who finished - Job WELL DONE! and thank you to ALL who put on the show!

Went out early but I was overdriving and did a high 13 , I new I could hit a 12 as I had done it the previous night , went out again and let the car do the work this time , this got me a PB in the 12s

Race 1

Made an awful start but couldnt see DJ only one of the Bamfords behind me , exiting Eue Rouge I was congratulating myself on being very lucky to hold 1st when DJ momentarily appeared in front of me , this startled me and checking the leaderboard I could see I was second but DJ was no where to be seen , on the run up to turn 3 he appeared and disappeared a couple of times so I had no idea where I was in relation to him , as we approached Malmedy he started firming up and by the time we reached the striaght he was there all the time , I decided I had to pass while I had the chance so got a run on him and passed him going into Masta , I kept an eye on my mirrors but he had disappeared , I could see I think it was Dan in 2nd so I presumed DJ had gone off , after that I drove for a finish .

Race 2

Awful race for me , got hit at Eau rouge and spun out , rejoined and managed to avoid numerous crashes at all the next bends , thought I was doing OK but on the run down to Stavelot a car landed on top of me and did a lot of damage , I compounded this with an off at Stavelot which caused more damage , limped to pits for a 366 sec top , came out of pit into Eau Rouge to be confronted with a wall of hay bales across the track I hit these and was thrown down the banking , I scrabbled back on track but car had no speed , where as I was topping out at 320 on run up to masta I was struggling to reach 305 , at that point I gave up and threw the car at the nearest bit of scenery in disgust .

qualified 5th with a decent time around personal best (3.16.low). Great job by those (seconds) ahead in row 1+2!

race 1 started with some mayhem. Already meters after the start I gut hit from the side and almost lost it on the gras. That might have contributed to more chaos behind – sorry, I was just a ball on a billard table. Somehow I made it through Eau Rouge and made up some places. Running 3rd after the pitstop, I had to keep some distance to Rick who was coming from behind. All looked good until I lost it at the Masta Kink. Creeping back to the pits took me 7min, only to learn that the repair will take another 4 minutes. When I left the pits, the race was over …

race 2 benefiting from the reverse grid rule I started 3rd and was 4th after Eau Rouge. Making use of the still fresh tires I soon was first. However, already before pitting Mr Cruickshank rushed by, overtaking me with a confident move at the Kink. From then on I took it easy since Rick was quite behind me. So I managed to conquer my first sr4l podium

qualify- got a low 15 which put me behind DJ on the start -i think 4th place

Race 1 - At the start- DJ disappeared from in front of me, i hesitated then spun the tires- by that time about 4 cars had forced their way past turning me into a pinball- bouncing right into the wall then left into more cars- i got going again in 8th place - some aggressive driving and i made my way into 2nd behind coyne - 30 seconds ahead by that time - i managed to stay on course for my best finish to date-

Race 2 - started 9th - Coyne got by me at the start but i could not slow enough and got into the back of him going into eu rouge , we both left the track on the escape rd and lost a few places- sorry David- i caused that one - later in the next lap i left the track on the straight after stavelot -hit the embankment- flew through the air and hit a radio tower- landed in the feld with the engine running sans the right rear wheel- i joined a group of 3 cars hobbling slowly back to the pits - surprisingly my pit was only 60 seconds - i dont think Coyne, who was one of the three hobbling to the pits, was so lucky and retired. After the pit - my car was still damaged - i could not get it over 195 mph - but i held on to the end and manged a 7th place Finish - yay-

i think this all amounted to some good points - useful in keeping the fast fellas honest - a couple no shows mean they will have to stay sharp !!


my only post comment is that in my view we have some things to work on - like driver etiquette on the track - and cut out the damn chat - i blew a hotlap in Q because of a chat this race - i hope it stops - people have been warned.

I fully agree and some got a fair warning about this. If this continues I will get more strict with the rules.

We have simple rules to keep it clean and fun. I don't want to start having to kick people for bad behaviour but I will if it starts affecting the race.
