"and the Oscar for most boring track of the year goes to : PAUL RIKARD "
My personal opinion of course, but it is a place where slow guys like me dont have a chance, there are so many escape routs that there is very little chance fast guys to get killed, to see blood running on the track, debris all around and me coming through carefully dusting off.
Only thing for me to report was a nasty moment at the end, when I cought up with a limping Ricky who lost it at the end of a lap, and trying to pass him I blocked my teamie that was lapping me, costing him points and places :S
Place your reports here people.

Not a bad result for having started practicing this very sunday.
I've had very little motivation for practicing since what happened, not feeling those butterflies.
So I new I had very little time to practice so I went for a defensive setup. Wings at minimun for highest top speed at the back straight. Car was really difficult to drive but at least it was fast.
It worked for some time but finally it was too hard dealing with such an oversteery car. I even got a stop & go penalty for going offtrack when losing the rear.
I just left quickly to watch the NFL matches.
I hope the christmas break brings higher motivation.

I decided to try and run the race without pitting so spent most of practice and quali checking that my setup would work for the race even if I pushed it a bit.
Quali - twas ok
Race - had an incident and spin on the second lap but thankfully no damage and my tyres were ok. Just drove round and round the track and did it without pitting so I'm happy because I did what I set out to do.

Race was hard on old eyes had to great runs with Andi and sorry to say I bumped him out of the way once I am sorry for that then after pitting we were nose to tail again and this time I think it was all clean and I just got 8th I'll take it. Again I am sorry Andi but I just couldn't avoid you that time.

A good result for our RBR team, both Andi and me earned good points.
Q – Although I lost out on P2 just by few hundreds, P3 was really OK – especially since my quali time was a personal best.
R – Keeping P3 after the start and keeping out of any troubles was just what I needed. I worked on a setup that allowed me to go w/o a pit stop, so I needed to safe as much tyres as possible. For the first half of the race I first had Dan Bayford behind me and later Jerry who overtook Dan. Jerry was getting a bit closer but I was quite sure that he will pit. And so he did by lap 17 or 18. Gorka and Dj did a pit stop and came out in front and behind me respectively. However, having worn my tyres already and also lacking the skill to match them, I had to let them go again. But now there was no-one in sight behind me. I had a gap of around 30 sec to Jerry behind me. So I drove it home and earned my 3rd podium this season, which is great. However, it wouldn't have been that easy if David Coyne would be around or the Hedlunds. I hope to see you guys around after the holidays.
I wish you all a nice xmas break!

played quite a bit with different setups but those missing seconds were just not within my skill range.
Q was ok and I was around P8
in the beginning of the race I could keep up for a few laps but then made mistakes and lost it. I have to call myself stupid for doing a pitstop in which i had overlooked my pit which was right after the entry with little contrast to the background.
Had to drive through and try again in the following round.
Best
