Made a setup change before qualifying that gave me more than a second more in pace, putting the Cooper into P8. Made all the right choices at the start and was P5 after the first few corners, and P3 after slipping past an incident in Moss Corner on lap 2. Was a bit scruffy those first three laps but then calmed down and drove smoothly to try to get good exits out of the slow corners and frustrate the much more powerful cars behind me for as long as possible.
Was still P5 when I went to pit a lap and a half after halfway, but had to wait about 10 or 12 seconds before I could enter my stall as another car was there (usually pitting later as I do this isn't a problem!). So I came out P9 out of touch with everyone. Inherited P8 when Santiago went off. I had gained three seconds on Gary and Tim ahead of me since leaving the pits, but with two laps to go the gap nevertheless was five seconds, so I abandoned the attack and just brought it home P8. Probably could have had P6 on pace if not for the pitstop delay. Pleased with not making any errors all race and feeling like I was putting the Cooper a fair bit higher than where it deserves to be. I thought this was going to be my last race with SR4L for the foreseeable future, as I'm taking over a full-time position from a retiring colleague who works Sunday through Thursday (that would mean no more ODS either), but the bosses, learning of my sim-racing hobby on Sundays and Mondays, say the one part-timer who's remaining is free to work those days and I can do Tuesday through Saturday. So you're stuck with me for a while longer, it seems!

Good run Ron. Happy your workmates made a way for you to stay with us!
I improved my times in qualy but still only got like P8. After the early race incidences I inherited P5. I'm sure I was frustrating Ratus who had fallen behind me avoiding a spin. A few laps in I had my own off going over the crest after the back straight when I put my left tires onto the grass. So much for P5! This dropped me I think to P11 with Tobias hounding me. I frustrated him too I'm sure for a few laps until I had a crash and DQ. Giorgio got loose and spun out approaching Moss and I could not avoid high speed contact. I lost sight of him in the smoke which gave me a split second of indecision (left? right? ... ) and I just clipped him. Did some spins and a flip and we both ended up upside down. The game flipped me back over and I thought, oh well, good time for a pit stop. But after the spinning and flipping I lost orientaion and drove off in the wrong direction! Luckily the game quickly removed me and DQed me before I could do damage to any approaching traffic.

It was a bad race.
The first 10/12 laps I was going good, in 10th position in a good harmony with the car in what is one of my favorite overall track. Unfortunatelly I lost my car at T4 during the bracking fase and was hitted from Rick Nauman that was gaining time on me at that moment. I am so sorry Rick, evenmore after I saw later that your race was over.. After that I managed to get to the pits with a 100 secs stop. Some laps later arrives another mistake that broke my front wheel. Made some unsafe manouver to pit again but after the repair stop my wheel was not repaired. I tried to do one lap to stop again but the car was undrivable. End of the race.

I did a lot of practice for this race ive been isolating so made best use of my time
I thought I would be able to a decent qually lap but new I would struggle to do a race at that pace In qualifying I got 2 clean runs and hit my pb both times I still can't believe I got pole I really thought DJ and DC were going to beat my time so close DJ In the race I got a decent start for me and but went wide and DJ got by I was just ahead of DC and I then he disappeared I really hope that was not my fault I held 2nd till the Pit stop and then had the run to the line with Ratus looming in on me steamtrain I don't know how I kept him behind but I crossed the finish line I had to take a minute to come down incredible result for me Great job Dj grats all

Awesome job Dan. I had a practice session with you and saw you lay down two 23.6 laps. o_O I knew then I was in trouble! Then you repeated it in qualy so for sure no fluke. You and Tobias (and I think also Santiago and others) are getting faster and I can't get out of the mud!

Definitely a difficult season for me. I had a big FPS problem on this track and it took away track time and since I need to turn a lot to be fast, it didn't look very good.
In the race I made another mistake and took Coyne out after an attempt, ruined both of our races. My sincere apologies. I managed to move up to 5th but I didn't really have fun, I was very angry with myself, I no longer had my head in the race. See you on the track.
