There’s a line in the settings.json file that is currently worth changing - whether you run vr or monitors.

Community evidence (and my experience) seems to show that you can run much higher settings (including post effects) with this line changed to False:

In the Settings.JSON look for "Screen Space Ambient Occlusion": true, set this to "Screen Space Ambient Occlusion:false”
