Quali
Wasn't expecting great result's had no time to practice this event until Saturday evening, thank you MW for the tips. I managed to get a time in but on the last row as expected.
Race 1
Started from the back, at the green flag I got great traction but managed to clip Giorgio and we both ended up off the track :-[ , I pitted at the end of lap one for damage. After exiting pit I concentrated on just getting clean laps in to drive to the finish. I pitted again at around 12 laps in to change tyres. I was doing well keeping the laps going at a steady pace until lap 24 when I got hit from behind by Bart and slammed into the wall, lost control and a front wheel. Race over with a DNF
Race 2
Started from 3rd, managed to get a clean start this time made plenty of room for the faster guys to get past on first lap then put my head down to start getting some laps in to hold position. I clipped the wall and suffered some slight damaged so pitted to get repaired. Once out of pits now in last place I got back into my rhythm the de ja vue struck, Bart hit me again and put me into a spin with no where to go DC came flying into me. Again race over with a DNF

I was happy to get it all up and running. Ping from Australia was around 200, impressive imo.
Hung back and did my best to stay out of the way. My Drive force pro is a step down from the CSR but does the job well.
Looking forward to reading your reports

Quali
4th place. Not much to say. Tried a lot of setups but was impossible to me to get better.
Race 1
I think it was a clean start. I was chasing Bart for the 3rd place and hit the wall. Car went crazy and i had to pit earlier. Called pit crew, did another lap and put fuel enough to end the race.
Run almost time alone. Finish in 4th.
Race 2
Started from back of the grid. Got luck and pass a lot of people. When i get 2nd place i realize that the first was already 7~9 seconds ahead. stay in second until the first (i don´t know who was) go to the pit. I get 1st and stayed a lot of time until my first pitstop.
Funny thing: my first pit, with damage car take 46s.
2nd pit take 56 sec ??? I requested pit in both occasions.
When out of pit i was in 4th place. And start to chase 3rd which was about 8 seconds ahead. In the last 2 or 3 laps i was about 3 sec to 3rd and getting closer but Niko, under blue flag stayed in best line in turn 1 and i hit him hard. Luckily, managed to stay on track but with no chance to get 3rd anymore.
Btw, Niko, in the first race you was the guy in front of me who pitted in lap 22 who didn´t get in line to pit in turn 2. Not even try to do. At the end of turn 2 you just lock brakes, tires and did the entry.
Next round Joesville ;D

Another thing, people always nag with each other about rules: no chat in quali, in race (thanks god), don´t do this don´t do that and so... but as the race 1 finished, Neela and other people ask to start from the back of the grid.
I found this unfair. Imagine someone that is a fast driver but had some problem in the first race and take last place. Well, with the rules, he will take great advantage starting in first when other fast drivers will start in last. But when people ask to start from back is helping who finished in first in race 1 with less cars in front to this guy to get the 1st place again (since by the rules who won first start last at the second).
Hope you understand what i´m writing.

Sorry but, from what i understand from race results (i think you was in 5th and i was 4th. overlapping you), so you aren´t fighting with anybody, taking the best line and i was too fast at the end with new tires (i pitted later than most) trying to catch 3rd. Recipe for disaster.

I personally dont have any idea what you are talking about.
Anyway, if you dont like our rules and how we go on here, please try somewhere else.

I understand what you write. However, I see it the other way around. If a driver requests to start at the back in reversed grid race, it's because they feel they might be in the way when starting at the very front. By requesting back end on the grid, they show respect and sportmanship to all of us, giving up valuable spots themselves. Not to favour another driver who will only gain a spot or two...

May be, what Ive seen at replay though, we both were on the straight, I had seen the blue flag, I didnt see you so I stayed in place letting you choose were you wanted to go, and you didnt lift at all, just slammed me.

I wasn´t trying to say that who did this was in favour to another (if that was you understand). But thanks for making the effort to read.

I don't see how I should read that other than ''giving an advantage''..
It's ok to ask anything, one shouldn't cross the road if uncertain.

For me the things are very simple
The drivers who see blue flag the only thing who can do is only to respect the fastest driver.
For the other hand, the fastest driver can manage the lines, the ways etc. to overtake safely the slowest drivers.
Nobody can says to disapear the slowest driver when try to overtake him, even overtake him for 20th time (for example).
Τoday I overtook several drivers and overtake me also.
All this was safely even when pass me or I pass from the worst racing line .
So I do not understand the complain.
At the end, that is the way things are done in the real racing world

Quali: 3rd place, not ideal, at least on the inside behind polesitter Gorka who must have had a nice draft
Race 1, I got away good, Bart kept his line so I could slip underneath. Dj passed Bart too and challenged me in the opening laps but using Gorka's draft, we slowly drove away from the rest. I was able to follow Gorka easily, I was a bit quicker at T1 and 2 and he seemed to have advantage in 3 and 4 but I was able to challenge him enough to make him block me and therefore hurting his entry in T1.
Then Gorka drove straight into Edwin, who seemed to have kept his line. I was very lucky to evade both of them and from then on it was a matter of bringing it home.
Race 2 I had a great couple of first laps. Soon I was chasing Dick for first place with Dj and G battling for position behind me. Then, at turn 4, there was debris on the track and I ran right over it. My front wheels lifted and I understeered right into the barrier, causing damage to right front and rear suspension. I felt the damage and it cost me laptime but it was just what, 10 laps in the race so I drove on till about 15 while Gorka had made the pass on Dj and got within a sec.
So I was about to pit with Bryan coming up as a lapper. He drove slow on inside backstretch and I thought he'd give me room when I chose to go inside as well, trying to make clear I was about to pit. : So I lost a lot of time there, seeing Gorka and Dj flying past.
After my stop I was about 5 secs behind Gorka and I knew it would be impossible to win from there but happy with the results, could have been far worse...
Finally, I have to say, my respect to all of you. I don't know how many times I have said to Bryan that this would turn out in chaos and anarchy, he sticked with the plan.
Sure there were some crashes and I'm sorry to the guys involved but they happen on roadcourses too. Overall I think it went very good. Great discipline at warmup lap too!
Hat off to you ;D

I was 100m away from finishing line when server rebooted race.
I thought that I should appear as non finished race.
All clear now, no problem.

Them last 3 laps, I think I was lucky to keep 3rd. Car started slowing down for no reason, even backmarkers (Nikos) were starting to caught me up, with Dick Dastardly closing in for my position. It's not when i see replay after race that I see my brake peddle levels are binding. So gift of the gods that you 2 got in a tangle for me to keep 3rd .
Nikos finally gets back on track, race still not over, someone on their victory lap takes Nikos out again. Maybe they thought Nikos had finished. As Nikos crabs to try finish (with every one chatting) the server restarts. Bet Nikos is thinking "Seriously!"
Race report tomorrow, off to watch F1 replay.

Still a bit confused what happend there. at that time i was running in 8 place and had good stady laptimes. Saw you guys comming and battling eachother and got the blue flag. With the speed you guys had i decided to stay on the outside and let you guys pas on the inside. But then Gorka seemed to want to pass me on the outside . Sorry Gorka if i did it all wrong I've got launched and Gorka also spun (i saw in the replay) then with great damage i struggled back to the pit to let some things repair. Cost 264sec and so far for my aspirations to get a good result. Finished last of the driving ones.
Race 2:
Went a lot better. could stay out of all trouble. and drove most of the time alone. But finished 5th (PB evere on-line 8))
Was a great evening with lots of fun.
Gorka again sorry if i drove in the way, it wasn't a conspiracy between Marcel and me ???
Marcel i will see the money comming my way ;D
