I noticed the last race of the championships is scheduled for Brookdale , this is a very narrow and short oval its going to be a crashfest , there is barely enough striaght for a pass under drafting so a lot of the moves will be made going into corners , thats a recipe for disaster .
i thought the last race was going to be Indy , realistically i think we need a longer and wider track like indy /daytona/texas or we will spend more time in the pits than ontrack .
Understeer - is when you hit the wall with the front of the car
Oversteer - is when you hit the wall with the back of the car
Horsepower - is how fast you hit the wall
Torque - is how far you move the wall when you hit it

The last race for the F2's is Indy, but the USF2000 is Brookdale. Would you say the USF2000 would have the same issues too at that track would you say?

Indianapolis is way too much track for the USF2000 that's why I chose Brookdale for them, they should go flat out there but not that easy as in Indianapolis.

trying it offline i found you had to get the draft just right inorder to complete the pass before the turn in , people will be going into corners 2 wide and on such a short track if there is a crash a lot will pile into to it or loose it trying to avoid , theres not a lot of track width

Will we be running with yellows on, like a normal oval race? I know a lot of people here may not be too familiar with yellow-flag protocol in oval racing, but without it there could be a lot of carnage with people coming along at full speed with stopped cars on track.

After some testing I think we could do a rolling start to avoid a lot of cars approaching turn 1 too close to each other, something that would be the same risky nevermind the track.
The spotter will be a good help during the race.

Slight problem with brookdale.
The only version of the rfm that can be downloaded from steam is v1.0 and not v1.15 for some reason. It will only update on a client pic and not a server pc! The v1.15 version is only and update patch and not a full rfm.
Not sure why but I can seem to get it to work.
Unless someone else can magic me a copy (DJ Hint!)

Paul, when you set this server in Brookdale, set it with rolling start, so people can practice it during the week.

Had a quick run on the small track. Spotter is useful.
