Hi guys, we had a bit of an issue during race 2 getting a full course yellow at race start. We would like to apologize for it. Giving some free time to Paul me and Bryan are still new to server managing. Lesson learned, setting flag rules to black only next time.

Minges was a little frustrated - i have been too but its more than just this one event - Paul rarely shows up and neither of you guys seem to be able to quickly make changes to a live server and we dont seem to have any back ups for you guys if something falls down - for example - when you have a league that runs with reverse grids and no admin shows up and none can set the server , we can all say oh well and move on , but i have to wonder why have a rule if you cant administer it properly , it just messes up the league results and i find it very frustring after all this time we cant sort that out and still after several years have admin issues - its not that its unappreciated or misunderstood its more that there needs to be some acknowledgement that it can get better

criticism is not very productive when people are doing the best they can with their volunteer time so i have something constructive to say

i have a buddy i race with on wednesday nights who admins a server for a few racing buddies every week - he is an expert on the league admin side and has run leagues too , and im sure would spend some time on discord with you so he can tell you what tricks and tips he has for admining - but my experience with that small pick up group tells me a much better admin job can be done if you are willing to pick up some tips and skills from someone doing it right - if you dont think you have anything to learn , well so be it, but this guy can remove penalties while driving and admining at the same time - all while whooping my ass on track - my point is that he seems to know how to quickly do things that you are struggling with - for example - with the full course yellows , he would have quickly restarted and would have had the yellows removed for the second run - all within a minute of adjustments - it might be time for our admins to call an expert to glean some tips and tricks and for us to make sure we have others as back ups who can also learn these skills
if i was doing it - i would struggle with new knowledge acquisition but i would also be willing to try and be a back up if needed
if there is any interest let me know and ill talk to him this wednesday to see if he can help you

Im all in of broadening staff members here.

I think members who have been here regularly should be staff by definition.

That way SR4L will get much needed help.

Thanks Cookie! I was pretty frustrated. Mostly because you beat me AGAIN!!! Due to my own unforced error as usual.

Adding to my frustration was my need to get ready for work, so I wasn't going to finish the race anyway.

I too have driven leagues lead by extremely skilled and knowledgeable admins. Mr. Cook has laid it out pretty will, but I have an added point. These guys never make a schedule of tracks or cars they have not personally raced in practice or real league settings. The time to find odd things about a track or car is before it is on the schedule.

Your messages are still being stopped at the approval list for some reason.
Don't know if banning and then trying to unban you again would solve the problem, but I don't want to risk ruining your account.
