Remember to apply your team name (even if you are a single driver team) and car you will be using for the season.

How do we indicate which car we will be running? Globalsites Racing, @parzoe and @hangon, intends to run the M23 for the season. I may not be able to make every event but will try.

Just tell the car, so we have it registered. It's just a formality.

Is this going to be a wet race ? , the announcement says dry and sunny but the practice server is set for rain
Understeer - is when you hit the wall with the front of the car
Oversteer - is when you hit the wall with the back of the car
Horsepower - is how fast you hit the wall
Torque - is how far you move the wall when you hit it

Weather will be dry and hot, as in real 1976 brasilian GP. For some reason server 1 set itself in that weather configuration. I've just changed it.

Ok so I'm signing up, but we are poor and can only send one car and only for a few races Wink Therefore my team name will be Forever Alone.

Team: HRS Forever Alone
Car: March 761
Driver: Rikard Hedlund

We expect to show up for the premiere race, so I did some testing today.. Great to be back on track with you guys.

Looking at the Live timing, my March seem to be quite draggy and little slower on the straights. 278 with default downforce and 274 with max downforce. I haven't decided which way to go yet.. It doesn't seem to go much faster with less wings so I might just leave them at max.

You can use Red Bull's strategy from the winning years. They were the slowest cars in term of top speed. But as long as they had good corner speed and started in the front row they quickly avoided cars from being close behind.

Drivers, after thinking about it deeply, Bryan and I have decided that after seing the low tire wear these car create we have decided to get rid of the mandatory pitstop for this race.
If wear remains as expected we will probably get rid of pitstops for the whole championship.

Any tyre wear feedback appreciated. It seems as if RF2 still are not quite there with it imo.

What is wrong with rF2 and tyre wear? What sim is better? Each mod has it's own tire data and may respond differently.

I have done a couple of hours of testing with tires and wear. I suggest you do your own testing. I will share my info with my team only. Otherwise, find out on race day.

The reason why Bryan says so is because he is concerned none of the three cars gets a clear advantage from getting rid of the pitstop
also because his testing have produced very little wear

Which is why you should test the viability of a series before announcing it. Would have been a great "fun" race don't you think?
