Just finishing here will be a supreme effort.
Just reiterating those rules. You can touch the yellow black line at T1, do your best. Give someone exiting the pits a good chance of joining back safely. You don't want to go over the line anyway as it's way too bumpy.
A wheel can be replaced in the pits, it takes a while. We've decided that it's race over at that point and you should exit the race asap. Its just way to tight here to be crawling around.
We've added clear skies and move the time back a little. Vision seems good. Yes the track is not the greatest quality but after much testing its raceable albeit tough.

Some tips,
Damage to suspension or steering is taking from 30 seconds to 60 to correct.
Fuel burn is around 1.7 liters per lap.
Tire wear is around 1% FL per lap and just under FR. Lockups will cause you headaches.

The turtle will beat the Hare hereWink

Practice, practice. Good luck to those who give it a shot. Points to be had aplenty.

This is like a lag issue not unlike years ago when you could go across the finish line in first and then in a flash you finished 3rd where it sort of caught up at the end making up for lag But earlier today I did some laps and it seemed ok Fingers crossed it’s not a issue for all. Maybe my old pc struggling Smile

Please allow my pedantry a moment to comment on the race announcement - it is meant as constructive feedback, not a criticism. Regarding the start times of each session, the use of BST and GMT doesn't make sense. I feel that he BST time in the race announcement should only be there when the UK is in British Summer Time. BST is always one hour ahead of GMT and UK clocks respect either one or the other. Currently they respect GMT. The current race announcement shows both GMT and BST, and the BST time is incorrect.

Ed, I still add BST despite being the same as GMT just to keep the same format all year.
I think BST is right at the announcement, isn't it. Qualy starting 19:25 BST and race 20:00

The time according to UK clocks is correct, but it is GMT, not BST. BST is not affected by daylight saving rules - it is the effect of applying daylight saving. If you wanted to put the BST time up for the races it would still be GMT +1 but that would not be helpful since BST is currently not being observed. CET can be GMT+1 or GMT+2 depending on DST. GMT is always GMT. BST is always GMT+1. It's unfortunate that the UK insists on being different.

Fine, I took your point. Next announcements won't have BST on them until Spring time zone changes.

I think to simplify matters we should all move to Iceland where I believe they use GMT all year round.

There are mad people over here that swim in the middle of the winter, they even break the ice if it's there. Also because of the hot springs swimming is an all year round activity in Iceland. Must say though Greece is very appealing. Just so sad we are leaving Europe.
