We’ve seen this somewhere before, I think - or I’ve read about it in the s397 forum.
I didn’t notice it when I popped in briefly to check the server had loaded ok - but I didn’t try it offline either.

Understeer - is when you hit the wall with the front of the car
Oversteer - is when you hit the wall with the back of the car
Horsepower - is how fast you hit the wall
Torque - is how far you move the wall when you hit it

Haven't seen if it's green for me yet or not. Such a nightmare getting a new video card working properly. Finally decided to retire the venerable RX480 and dropped a bunch of moolah on an RX 6700 XT. Boy, was it a stuttery mess. I've spent two days on it, finally got it working. Complete reset of BIOS, chipset drivers, total clean of all old graphics driver files, and so on. Not running the AMD software -- just installed the driver. I'll control fans through Afterburner.
Sad thing is there's very little improvement to frame rates despite the years and generational capability differences, even in titles that had struggled (e.g. Frontier Pilot Simulator is still a struggle to get over 60 fps even with all my graphics settings the same). I have turned some things up in rF2 but can't quite go to max without it dropping well below my 144 Hz monitor's rate. But the bothersome corner at Watkins Glen is staying above 100 fps now whereas it had been dropping into the 60s during that event, so there is some improvement to be had. I'll have to see what Monaco does. Hopefully get a chance to do some practice tomorrow or Saturday.

What DJ said. If a gpu upgrade of that size does little improvement its most likely a bottleneck elsewhere

What CPU are you running and how much memory fitted

I am definitely CPU limited now, with a Ryzen 7 2700X. Certainly not getting the best from the card as the motherboard is not PCIe 4.0 but PCIe 3.0, though what I've read suggests there's little difference to be had at this point. My 16GB of RAM was clocked at 2800MHz but I've just clocked them to 3000MHz tonight as that's what they're supposed to be (and were before the BIOS re-flash). Still, it's perfectly fine for rF2. I can turn everything to maximum and keep fps above 72 which is where I start to notice frame drops. I also have a second power cable for the card on the way, to avoid daisy-chaining from one cable. That should help a bit too. Maybe another BIOS adjustment or two to try; there was some kind of PCIe memory allocation setting that was disabled. I'm going to try enabling that and see what happens.
