I think we’ll race them again next week.

The SR4L BMW M1 is up and running on our second server a week ahead of when we’ll actually race it. Links are in Cruicky’s post below. It’s worth reading the PDF included in his link to the car on Google drive - it has KERS, regen, P2P and DRS to contend with! In addition, as brake-by-wire is *not* implemented, you may wish to have brake-balance controls to hand as the regen can/will add to the effective rear bias at higher regen levels. You can ignore KERS/regen and set the regen map to level 1 (zero regen) if you want to keep things simple.
Right. The plan is this: We will race our SR4L BMW M1 LE car on Tuesday 26th (two Tuesdays from now). The complexity of the car (KERS, regen, push-to-pass) means that it’s only fair to get a server up early rather than my usual last-minute approach. I’ll load the ‘B’ server tomorrow. In the meantime, this Tuesday (19th) we will have a bit of fun in the Imps/NSUs at the kerazy AutumNRing track: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/f...2790959701
Could do! Although it might be worth holding off for a week so that I can get the server up early and people (including myself!) can get their heads around the regen and push-to-pass!
Myles, maybe the SR4L BMW M1 car at Montreal F1 track for next race? https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1...MG5LytQ9t4 https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/f...2996308683
I have Virginia International Raceway v1.03 which I think is the Reiza one. Which layout were you thinking?
‘K. I’ll try to load both versions later today. We’ll use the Reiza version unless anyone doesn’t have it that wants to race.
Maybe the RSR 73 again? We not done Virginia International Raceway in a long while. There is the paid version from the Reiza's DLC track pack or the free version here https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/f...1382427943
What next? Gertjen didn’t dig the Ladas - but maybe if I loaded a track a little earlier and chose one without a crazy timezone that forced practice into the nighttime….?
Tomorrow.... Lada VFTS (See Cruicky Link below) at Troyton. https://www.mediafire.com/file/a6fs53cem...rfcmp/file
So, what do we fancy for Tuesday? I think Paul from SCB has sent through a number of off-the-beaten-track circuit suggestions over the last month or two but I probably won’t have much chance to try them out this weekend…
Madeira. Quite nice - on the possible rather than definite return list, IYSWIM.
Couldn’t make last night - just couldn’t keep my eyes open after arriving back home at 3AM and Cat O’clock arriving around four hours later!
