Under the old forum, I think there was a period when some users were having issues posting etc. and the workaround was the rather blunt tool of just giving certain accounts more privileges. I’m also not entirely sure (Paul Swire took on the creation and migration) if any such artefacts arose during the migration.
I find myself here with the role administrator assigned. I assume this is not intentional.
Good to see a few of you returning! LoF - we successfully ran rf2 on an ancient micro-server of mine for a while last year - it was 10+ years old, just two cores, just 2GB memory (I think - and then I upgraded to 8GB? - or was it 4MB to 8/16 - anyway, tiny...) and aside from slight delays changing over between sessions it was fine even with loads of AI. We're currently on an old laptop of mine - much, much higher spec but still 'old'.
I have a synology 420 in use. Would this be suitable to hast a RF" server?
