In Sim Racers 4 Life we are proud to present the 2017 Spring-Summer
"Racing in the USA" USF2000 + Classic F2 (Kristijan's Flex Chassis Mod) Season.

The Season will be divided in two leagues instead of doing our usual official league + Fun events on alternate weeks.

Rules:
Both leagues will race the same tracks on alternate weeks except for the final race where there'll be an special oval event at different tracks (trying to match the different characteristics of the cars).

Events will consist of:
-25 minutes Qualifying session. (starting aprox 18:25 GMT)
-7 minute warmup
-30 minutes Race 1. (starting aprox 19:00 GMT)
-7 minute warmup
-30 minutes Race 2. (Grid will be set according to race 1 results and then the top 10 places will be reversed before race start)
-One pitstop will be mandatory in both races having to change all 4 tires (Refueling will be optional though recommended)

The USF2000 will be considered as the "junior" league and the Classic F2 will be the "main" league.


The Classic F2 Main League will also bring the battle between two cars: The Eve and the Spark.
Drivers in a team will have to pick one of the 2 (Eve-Matra or Spark-Tecno) and drive that very car for the whole season. This cars have the posibility of using front and rear wings, their use will be optional depending on personal liking.

(**) I've added no weight handicaps as leagues have already enough rules. We will leave it for a latter season having the propper preseason tests.

Sim Racers 4 Life welcomes you to a very special fun Event.
We will have a 1 lap race to the Targa Florio open road track in the Caterham car. Qualifying will be very important if you want to avoid being held by traffic, drivers joining after the qualifying session has ended will have to start from the final rows.
Remember gentlemanship and having fun are our main goals so be patient when fighting slower cars.

Hi drivers,
We have bad and good news for you.

The bad news are that we will not be using the F1 1975 for the spring-summer season.
After some tests and having debated about the condition of the car, we have decided it is still in very early stages and it needs some extra development until it is at up to match our standards.
The mod will not be forgotten, and is probably likely to be the candidate for the autumn-winter season as new updates are released and bugs are removed.

The good news are that shortly we will announce its replacement and we think it will be a car we will all enjoy.
Soon the spring-summer season will begin.

In this poll we will choose which racing method we preffer for both the F1-1975 and the USF2000 seasons

You can give up two votes, one for the F1-1975 season and the other for the USF2000

We can also discuss about the scoring system to be used and about the posible handicaps to be added to fastest drivers

It's time to choose the tracks we will be racing next season.
They are all located inside the USA.
You can choose up to 7 tracks. The 8th track of the season and final race event will be an oval race that will be made public as this poll ends.

Though some drivers don't like ovals, being a US season I personally think it is a must to have the oval race as the grand finale.

If you know of more tracks, please tell and I will add them to the poll.

Before voting I'll explain.
Options which have the USF2000 mean we race the USF2000 as a second fun league on odd weeks driving the same tracks as the official league car would do on even weeks.

If you want to add more options to the Poll, please, tell us your ideas and I'll be changing the poll accordingly. You are allowed to change your vote whenever you want.
